Vintage Fire Opal from occupied Japan, circa 1945-1952
These simulated fire opals are from the occupied Japan period. They are hand blown glass with sterling silver foil infused into each layer.
The necklace features a 25 X18 opal. Celsian, clear gold, and bronze beads are used to accent the antique gold necklace without distracting the viewer from the opal itself.
The earrings are 18 X 13 opals that rest in an antique gold bezel on French wire.
All necklaces are 18" unless otherwise noted.
All chain is Figaro style with an antique finish.

All cameos are imported from Germany and are cast from 1940 molds.
Note: All jewelry is handcrafted so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

Antique buttons are one of a kind, therefore, each piece will have a different antique button.
Settings are antique gold or antique silver plated, guaranteed not to tarnish. We do recommend an occasional buffing with a polishing cloth.
