Our jewelry is hand-crafted in our studio in Mandeville, LA.
Artisans make each piece as it is ordered so it may take 2 weeks or more to complete your order.
Earlooms Jewelry is shipped UPS.
After receiving your order, please check it carefully. Thoroughly examine the jeweler's tissue paper before discarding it as sometimes, in the haste of unpacking, items are left behind. While we make every effort to ensure the quality of the jewelry there is that element of humanness working, so if there is a shortage or a damaged article, call the studio immediately to report it.

Antique buttons are one of a kind, therefore, each piece will have a different antique button.
Settings are antique gold or antique silver plated, guaranteed not to tarnish. We do recommend an occasional buffing with a polishing cloth.
